Yoga doesn't have to be complicated to be effective. Yoga for Every Body at Total Being Yoga is a slower, steady flow that gives you time to explore each movement, connect with your breath, and become more comfortable in your practice.
Rather than introducing something new with every transition, we use repetition to build familiarity and confidence. As movements become more familiar, there's more room to notice how your body feels, explore your range of motion, and find what works best for you. Join us Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM with Haley.
Yoga for Every Body combines gentle, flowing sequences with intentional breathwork, repetition, and mindful movement. We'll revisit postures and transitions throughout class, allowing you to become more familiar with each movement and notice how your experience changes as you practice.
The slower pace creates opportunities to explore alignment, build strength and stability, improve mobility, and develop balance without feeling rushed. Modifications and variations are offered so you can approach each posture in a way that makes sense for your body.
Just as the name suggests, this class welcomes a wide range of students, abilities, and experience levels. It's a great place to begin if you're new to yoga, returning after some time away, or simply prefer a practice that gives you more time to understand the movements. Experienced students can also benefit from slowing down, revisiting familiar postures, and paying closer attention to the details that sometimes get overlooked in faster classes.
You don't have to be flexible or know all the poses before you arrive. Come as you are, and we'll work from there.
