A 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training by Total Being Yoga

This program is designed for students who feel called to deepen their relationship with yoga- not as something to master, but as a way to meet yourself with Honesty, Compassion, and Curiosity. Through consistent practice, reflection, and study, students are guided to explore their inner landscape, develop awareness of energy and cultivate the skills needed to teach from authenticity rather than performance.

Program Overview:

From Within is a nine-month yoga teacher training designed as a gradual, embodied unfolding. The training emphasizes presence, self-inquiry, and lived experience allowing teaching skill and confidence to emerge naturally through consistent practice, reflection, and relationship
